Illinois’ only historically intact 370 acre former 1840s prairie farmstead and teamster inn being restored as an 1840s living history farm museum located in the center of Kane County. Tours of the farm include the 1846 inn, the 1842 barn and the 1849 horse barn, the historic breeds of livestock and poultry and gardens in season. Special events are held throughout the year.
